Is this a good price for a 91?
I found a 91 Vette it has 107,000 miles on it.. I have talked with the owner amp; He e-mailed pics.. Looks clean.. I am going to look at it in the next day or so.. Well if I can get it down to $10k or $10.5k would that seem ok if the car checks out as clean as he says??? He has it in the autotrader for $12.5k But I am not going to pay that for it.. If I can get it down in the $10k range maybe!! Thanks...

My '91 had 100k on it when I bought it two years ago and I paid 11,000 for it, which i thought was a good deal at the time (car was in great condition). Now the the market for C4s has dropped significantly so I would possibly pay 10k for the car you describe if its in good shape, but even 10k may be a bit on the high side.

He should be willing to deal. I paid $9800 for my 92 LT1 last year. Granted it did need a new roof and the antenna motor was shot - but other than that - the car was in great shape (I added the paint, rims, tires, Kamp;N, etc..).
Good Luck!! But don't let a few hundred dollars keep you from getting your dream car!!
